Google please don’t advertise my skin Google please don’t advertise my skin

A compassionate challenge to Google: please ban fur ads

Thanks for posting this link to our campaign.

As I say on http://furisevil.org, behind a single fur ad on Google’s ad network, there are enough dogs (alone) to negate the work of every rescue group I’ve ever known.

The fur sellers using Google’s powerful ad network deal in thousands of skins per order—and they deal in everything—foxes, raccoon dogs, wolves and domesticated cats and dogs.

China is now the superpower of fur, and dog and cat fur is a huge part of that trade, and Google is becoming a preferred platform for online advertising of that fur.

So, even if Google’s board of directors and staff are comfortable with other types of fur, surely they are not happy about making a living advertising dog and cat fur.

Also, sites like Treehugger, Planet Green, Grist and even Animal Rights Zone—who use Google AdSense—have featured and continue to feature advertisements for fur on their sights,

Thanks for you compassion!
Duke
