Amnesty International: Shine a Light

May 28, that will be the day. The Amnesty International 50th anniversary. Many campaigns, actions, exhibitions and seminars will pass the next months. We look forward to many new artwork in any form.
The video above will be the opening film for the 50th anniversary conference. The obvious images are in this video. The candle, a rope, bullets, signatures, oppressors, prison, executioners. But in a surprising piece of art.
Making the video was a tough job said agency Loyalkaspar:
We knew that pulling off a 3:00 mixed-media film in only our free time wouldn’t be easy.
And it wasn’t. Five months of working evenings, weekends and the occasional weekday (graciously donated by Loyalkaspar) pushed the Bureau to its limits and brought out its best. Entire scenes were filmed in our tiny office insert stage, renders were farmed throughout the whole office, and pizza slice after pizza slice were downed as the BureauCreatives collectively powered through the wee hours of late 2010 and early 2011, with March 19th in our sights.
