AntiVIHrus fights the virus in your computer and HIV
Posted by Marc | 3-10-2012 21:01 | Category: HealthIt isn’t the first time a computer virus is compared with HIV. And it makes sense because we are dealing with sex just as careless as with our computer.
This time the comparison is made for AntiVIHrus, a sub-brand from Unicef Spain.
The campaign is a collaboration between Unicef, Tiempo BBDO, interactive agency PSYCLE and Norton, the well known anti-virus software from Symantec.
And that is a smart marketing thought: AntiVIHrus website visitors can download the basic Norton software for €1,20. All the money goes to Unicef for their fight against HIV.
“Enviando un SMS por 1,20€ obtendrás la mejor protección para tu ordenador y ayudarás a UNICEF a luchar contra el VIH/SIDA.”
Similar campaign idea from Morocco (2008):
Your health must be better protected than your computer
