bus stop rubbish

Sometimes you just have to rub it in peoples faces and hope they get the message.

This is the rubbish dropped around this bus stop since monday.
Let’s keep it clean.

Couldn’t make out the advertiser on the image. Any ideas?

Edit:
Bob points to some larger images over at Adland.
The campaign seems to be an initiative of the City of Auckland in New Zealand. It’s still a little hard to see though.
