CPR Makes You Undead ... #theundeading

Posted by Claire Kerr | 5-10-2012 17:50 | Category: Health

“Hands-only CPR” proponents around the world have been running some pretty funny campaigns recently, but Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada is in the running for the most gruesome.

CPR Makes You Undead

CPR Makes You Undead is (an appropriately Halloween-themed!) October campaign culminating in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for largest group CPR training. I like how literal that is. CPR does make you undead!

The world record attempt will be held at Canada’s Wonderland theme-park on October 25th. Registrations are collected at TheUndeading.ca website where visitors can get into the spooky spirit by watching a zombie PSA.

Marvel as ghouls break down the steps for making you undead with hands-only CPR!

Follow the campaign on Twitter at @CPRUndead and with the hashtags #TheUndeading & #CPRundead

Zombies have been co-opted for social marketing messages by everything from traffic safety offices to disaster management agencies. Before the trend officially (un)dies it’s nice to see zombies get a shot at being heroes ... Sort of!
