Girl Power for the Tiger

Mila is a young Indonesian woman who learnt about the plight of tigers at an early age and dreamt about doing something about it. After graduating, she joined WWF as a tiger conservationist (http://www.panda.org/tigers).
Mila uses camera traps in the thick forests of Indonesia to photograph and film tigers, working on the frontlines to save this iconic species. WWF has pledged by 2022 to help double the number of wild tigers (TX2), whose population today stands at only 3,200. She joins WWF teams throughout Asia to ensure a future for this magnificent symbol of nature’s beauty, power and mystery.
