I’m very excited about this project. Maybe because I know the feeling of euphoria of running. It was a new world for me when I started two ago, discovering a free spirit through running.
That could be part of the idea behind this project for homeless people. Back on My Feet (BoMF) is an American organisation with chapters in 11 cities. The organization use running to help those experiencing homelessness change the way they see themselves so they can make real change in their lives.

The organization’s mission is not to create runners within the homeless population, but to use running to create self-sufficiency in the lives of those experiencing homelessness. The program’s success is measured by how many Members obtaining independence through employment, job training and housing.
It is more than a sport thing. Making connections with others is just as important.
