Speed, Australia. A small city about 410 km from Melbourne empowered to make a real change whenever people drive by their town.

So much so that they’re renaming their town to Speedkills, after a successful social media initiative, that promised a new name when their Facebook page reached 10000 fans. Talk about a speed change.
