Slowdown for kids’ sake

Another winner at the International ANDY Awards, 2006 (Silver/Glenn C. Smith) for Student Awards.
It’s for Slowdown Atlanta (USA). Beginning september 25th, area schoolchildren will create and hang new speed limit signs. As motorist slow down to take notice, they will reminded of just who they are slowing down for. The result is safer neighborhoods for all children according to Slowdown Atlanta.
I have my doubts if motorist will take notice of the signs. In my opinion only people who have children themselves will do.
