This new campaign comes from Germany and is addressing this horrible crime of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM).
FGM is partial or total removal of the external female genitalia or other injury to the female genital organs.

The campaign shows German model and actress Manon von Gerkan, the voice-over tell that she is almost perfect. She will be perfect when her clitoris is cut out.

Berlin based agency Heyman Brand de Gelmini created and financed the campaign for the Waris Dirie Foundation.
Waris Dirie is a model, author, actress and human rights activist. In 1997, Waris abandoned her modeling career to focus on her work against female circumcision.
