International Society for Human Rights (ISHR): Kim Jong-il

Even the biggest dictators can get scared. Getting nervous from the mighty mouse.
Great artwork from the International Society for Human Rights (ISHR). This is what I like most, a visual telling the whole story. No tagline needed. Sorry copywriters.
In this campaign it is Kim Jong-il, Muammar Gaddafi and Robert Mugabe who are scared.

The ISHR did this before in 2009 with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Raul Castro and Hugo Chávez.
See them after the jump.

What about the dictators that are supported by America and Europe? Don’t see Zenawi or Mubarak.

I am surprised that Chavez made the list. I guess that’s what you get for nationalizing your country’s oil when you’re one of the U.S.A’s biggest suppliers.

Yes Brendan, you’re right. And Chávez will be called a “dictator” for many other reasons: like providing health care for thousands of people deep inside the poorest villages, and rural areas of the country. I live in Venezuela… Chávez has won battles, but he has lost them too, during democratic elections, consulting our people who actively participates in politics. Venezuela is not under a dictatorship. I invite you all to come and see for yourselves.

If you don’t know why Chávez made the list, it’s obviously because you don’t live in Venezuela. Where he steals from the working people to give to the lazy ones that keep him in power, because he and his ministers live like kings while half the country starves, because he censors all that he can, and manipulates media, because he’s had the highest oil bonanza in decades, still we have the world’s highest inflation, because HE LIES EVERY SINGLE DAY on national TV, because he rather takes away instead of BUILDING, because preaches about the evils of capitalism and the socialism of the 21st century, yet he is one of the richest men in the continent, and because he’s been in power for 12 long years and has NO INTENTION of allowing TRUE DEMOCRATIC ALTERNABILITY with rigged and/or advantageous elections, and the list goes on and on. Venezuelans are opening their eyes and the lies are growing thin, change will come soon.
