The smoking animal

Like some other European countries it is forbidden to smoke in restaurants after january 1 2007 in Belgium.
The tv-spot above is the start of the campaign to make the people from Belgium aware of this: Roken en eten gaan niet samen (Food and cigarettes don’t mix).
As always Belgium advertising is humorous and on a high level but what would GAIA, the Belgium animal rights organisation think about this campaign?
There a two exeptions where smoking is not forbidden: bars and ‘frietkramen’ (small chips restaurants).
