This is the new annual campaign of the Belgian Zij-kant about the wage gap between man and woman. The campaigns have become a tradition in recent years and are very funny. One would almost wish that the wage gap persists forever.
The video part of the campaign this year is an online experience where the viewer can control the message. The agency made two versions of the same spot. One with stereotypes and one taking a step forward.
