This makes me laugh and everbody knows the feeling hanging upside down.
Simple idea, very effective. Well done.

The three ads are made by Young & Rubicam for Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo.
The campaign is part of the 5% movement. This aims at involving Internet navigators and advertisers to donate space in shared content and communication pieces to increase the number of donators in Brazil to 5%.
