The video is the case study from the award winning campaign from Amnesty International in Peru. The Peruvian department of Amnesty was looking for 25,000 signatures to commit the government to accept the UN regulation against forced disappearance. And they did that in a very special and confrontation way.
With the authorization of their relatives, they brought the missing ones back to live via Facebook and Twitter, so they asked the people themselves to sign the UN petition. In three weeks, the objective of obtaining the signatures was reached.
Carne, the Peruvian agency part of WPP, has won the Best In Show at Premio Ideas (local award) with this digital campaign.
