This campaign is from the French Aids info organisation Aides. It’s from 2005 and it’s about discrimination of people with HIV and Aids.
Nearly 6 people out of 10 in France are discriminated in their professional and private life because of their seropositivity.  These ‘frescos’ are painted at locations at the heart of the large French cities particularly touched by the epidemic like Paris, Marseilles, Lyon and Bordeaux, to challenge in proximity a very large audience.
