Russian edition of Esquire for civil society

The Russian edition of Esquire dedicated the first issue of 2008 to the civil society in Russia. The issue contained 140 photographs of Russian opinion leaders holding quotes, aimed to raise awareness about civil rights and duties. Such as “Distrust of authority should be the first civic duty” by Norman Douglas and “Aberration remains aberration even if it’s shared by the majority” by Leo Tolstoy.
