The enemy called panic
L’ennemi is an attempt to depict a panic attack, one of the possible manifestations of an anxiety disorder. The video is a production of Anouck Goulet and Benoit Daoust from French speaking Canada.
Anxiety attacks appears abruptly and lasts from minutes to a few hours. The sufferer feel intense fear, immediate danger and unpleasant physical sensations. From experience I can tell you that attacks can take many forms. The video shows a small range but it is a good attempt to learn to recognize it better for both the sufferer and the outside world.
